How much will my shipping charges be?

Orders that total over $150 before tax qualify for free ground shipping. Orders under $150 are only $5.95 for ground. All charges for other shipping methods are calculated on weight and ship to location when ship to information is entered at checkout. Addresses in Alaska and Hawaii must choose 2 day or Next day only.

UPS charges an address correction fee which will be passed on to you. Please make sure you provide the proper street address any Suite #'s and zip codes.


Do you ship out side the domestic US?

No. We will only ship to a U.S. address.


How long will it take for my order to leave your warehouse?

Most in-stock orders ship the same business day. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships via the email you provide at checkout . Order arrival depends upon the method of shipping selected. Orders shipped and refused by the receiver will be charged a 25% restock fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.


Is it safe to use my credit card?

Absolutely. Simpleline utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.

What constitutes a defective item?

Warranties are limited to shipping you replacement items upon receipt of the items we sent you. This does not cover failure due to customer abuse, electrical surges, lightning damage, Acts of God, Acts of Nature, or Acts of War or Terrorism. The item being returned must be obviously defective from the factory. We do not accept responsibility for misuse or mishandling. Products that are returned as defective will be inspected and will only be replaced if the defect is factual. In the event the product proves not to be defective, we will return it to the original purchaser at their expense.

What if I want to exchange my purchase?

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be backordered automatically and shipped upon receipt.
